We’ve been in Flatrock, Newfoundlandfor almost 2 months now. This picture is taken about 100 feet from the house we are staying in, and is pretty representative of the area around us. Who could have asked for a better place to write, and better people to be around. Even if nothing comes of it professionally it will have been a well worth it experience.
We've partied pretty hard in this little town, harder than in most months in Toronto. We've actually only managed to get into St. John's itself to go out one night, otherwise there has been plenty of fun to go around, even with no commercial establishments in walking distance. Already I know I will miss this place terribly when we leave.
