Old Places

Over New Year's, I met up with Peg in Germany and in the span of a week we went to a whole bunch of really cool places. The photo up above, along with the two below are from Nuremberg, where there is a whole Old City still intact and in use. It is truly beautiful and of course touristy, but not obnoxiously so. The third picture is from the Nazi Fairgrounds and we are standing where Hitler gave all his speeches. Kind of creepy. But really moving.

The last picture is Dresden, which had just beautiful old castles and things, and were some of the only East German artifacts maintained after the war. Peggy, feel free to correct me :) That is Peg and her mother sticking their little heads out...
