I CAN BE LATE FOR A DATE THATS FINE, BUT YOU BETTER BE ON TIME...

We went to the Flatrock St. Patrick’s Day Dance at the Flatrock Community Centre on a Saturday night. Peg’s 2 friends, Bahar and Adrianna, were in town for her birthday, which added a critical mass, and we had a posse of 12.

We had what some people refer to as a progressive party except that it was just drinks at three different houses, and onto the community centre.

The band was the 8 Track Favorites, a cover country band of what everyone kept telling us were really talented musicians. And even though I’d never heard any of the songs before (and everyone else was singing along) we had a great time.

We had to take the Torontonians to the airport at five the next morning, which was a little painful, but worth it in the end.
